This is a perfect example of a company trying to create sweet PR while not changing the reality of its product. The new Highlander hybrid does have a electric-only button, which is a great headline. But, because the batteries are the same as previous models, the all-electric range is, um, not exactly headline-worthy (hint: it's less than 1.1 miles)
