People who love gadgets will love this. I certainly wouldn't pay for this though. I mean it's neat to change the color at will, but what purpose does it serve.

I see cops going bonkers over that feature....
Imagine... I saw red car going 50mph on 40mph zone.
When I stopped it, it was blue...
Now in you ticket I listed color as blue, but it was green can when I stopped it.

this news is useless without pictures or a video :(
the world is struggling to find an alternative to petrol engines and Nissan is investing so much in this "paint coating" technology and it will be available in 2010, whooray!

Can I get a continuously shifting pattern of color-clashing polka dots, zebra stripes, jagged zig-zag strips and swirling psychedelic whirls?
I just had an amusing vision of driving down the road with a car that makes everyone who looks at it actually hurl.
...Oh wait, I already drive that car... :(

A nice, but once again, superficial change to automobiles. But since you trail your arch-rival Toyota so badly Nissan, shouldn't you be working in that arena? Nissan also created another superficial paint tech with the self-healing "Scratch Guard Coat" which is available on the 2008 Infiniti EX35 luxury crossover utility vehicle.
