Alas, James Marcus is on vacation this week, and I would not dare attempt the vaunted Propeller Week In Review without him. He is many miles away on a hiking trip, blissfully unplugged from the internet.

James has been doing a tremendous job boiling down all things Propeller on a weekly basis since October 2007. We hope you have been enjoying his work, interspersing wit with news, member comments and barbs.

Let's all wish him a safe return from parts unreachable.

Tom

    Good for James!
    He's been a hero and a model of grace-under-presssure!
Does he deserve that break or what?!

      Just kiddin'

Have a great time James. Make sure the camera lens cap is OFF before you try to snap that shot of Sasquatch lumbering away into the depths of the forest.

Thanks for the props and kind wishes, everybody. The north side of Mount Hood was chilly, with what looked like entire clouds blowing through the camp, but it's always good to get away from civilization for a few days. I saw one deer, one vole, two scrub jays--no Sasquatch. He was smart enough to avoid Elk Cove.
